Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancée sues actor over alleged abortion drama
At one point during her relationship with Sheen, Rossi says she became pregnant and was told that he “did not want his child to have his blood type (HIV-positive) and that she should have an abortion”. Following a “heart to heart” talk with him, she agreed to maintain their relationship, continuing the unprotected sex.
Actor Charlie Sheen’s former fiancee is suing him for $1 million.
Also, Rossi disputes Sheen’s assurance that he hasn’t missed a single dosage of his HIV medication, claiming that the actor who played Charlie Harper “became increasingly less diligent and responsible in taking his HIV medication as a result of his illegal drug use” between July and September 2014.
The lawsuit does not say whether Ross is HIV-positive. He reportedly threw the plate of fries across the plane and then threw his iPad onto the ground and stomped on it. During an alleged crack relapse, Sheen claimed that he wanted to take a “hit” out on Ross’s ex-husband, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Ring claims Sheen accused his ex of breaching their agreement following his appearance on USA breakfast show Today on 17 November (15) – when he revealed he was HIV positive – and refused to sign the settlement documents prepared by his own representatives, which had already been signed by Ross. Sheen allegedly continued to emotionally and physically abuse Ross throughout the remainder of their relationship.
Worst of all, Rossi says that during the argument, Sheen told her that he didn’t want her “to give birth to a retarded child”.
Rossi, who split from Sheen in October, 2014, is asking for unspecified damages.
Sheen’s lawyer Martin D. Singer had now responded to her allegations in a statement, which reads, “Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross…”
The lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court by Scottine Ross states she and Sheen had sex five times before she learned he was HIV positive.
