Charlie Sheen to make personal announcement on TODAY
With reports that Charlie Sheen is HIV-Positive making headlines, one of his ex-girlfriends confirmed that she has a clean bill of health.
Bragman says Sheen may even face litigation issues from a few of his past partners.
Bragman said he did not end up working with Sheen directly on his HIV status.
Bragman says he was told that Sheen is getting treatment. The publicist also revealed that it was quite tough for Sheen to publicly talk about his ailment and that he is not comfortable about going public about testing positive for HIV.
Actor Charlie Sheen has admitted to many things in his past, including soliciting the services of prostitutes.
According to TMZ, Charlie has known for a just over two years about his diagnosis and the virus is now said to be “undetectable” in his system.
The actor’s longtime publicist Jeff Ballard said they are no longer working together. According to the tabloid, Sheen “made the heartbreaking confession” to multiple individuals, and has already begun a regimen of medication meant to counteract the effects of the disease. “I feel very sorry for his pain”.
As of right now, no one from Charlie Sheen or NBC has commented on TMZ’s report – only further implying that it might actually be true. “I hope he’s OK”, she added. “This is a disease that can affect anyone”.
