Charlie Sheen will fight ex-fiancée Brett Rossi’s lawsuit
Brett states she & Charlie had unprotected sex a minimum offive times before she came upon HIV meds in his drugs cupboard. “Instead, part of the entire ruse was to get her to fall in love with him [and] convince her that they would be together forever”. She accepted, and their relationship soon turned romantic.
Rossi also says Sheen had numerous violent outbursts during their relationship – including one where he hurled a cement pillar at her, missing, and breaking a glass door. The allegations made by Rossi are vehemently denied by Sheen’s lawyer as she prepares to sue Charlie Sheen. Rossi says Charlie threatened to kick her to the curb if she resisted, saying he didn’t want her “to give birth to a retarded child”.
The lawsuit purportedly states she was pregnant but forced to get an abortion by the actor, who allegedly told her he “did not want his child to have his blood type [HIV positive]”. “As a result of the physical, psychological, and emotional torment that she had been subjected to, and then to have Sheen abruptly end the relationship with her without explanation, plaintiff went into an emotional tailspin and became extremely depressed and ultimately attempted to commit suicide”, the complaint says. They got engaged in January 2014, but their relationship ended later that year. Now his ex-fiancee, Scottine Ross, is actually taking legal action over the fact that he didn’t disclose his medical condition before having sex with her. In addition to that, The Wrap reported that Ross is suing her ex over claims that he abused her physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
Rossi has filed a lawsuit against the “Two and a Half Men” actor and is asking for unspecified damages as well as punitives. Sheen said on The Today Show that he had been shaken down by people wanting to extort him about the HIV status. Sheen also said during the interview that he would not pay to settle any claims from sexual partners claiming he exposed them to the virus.
Sheen’s attorney Marty Singer wrote in a statement that Ross’ claims are already being addressed in private arbitration.
