Charlize Theron fan escapes charges
The Los Angeles District Attorney has declined to charge a man arrested on suspicion of stalking Charlize Theron due to a lack of evidence.
According to a charge evaluation worksheet prepared by the District Attorney’s Office, Sonseadec rang the intercom, but Theron told him to leave the flowers by the gate. He meant to harm the “Sweet November” star, it was claimed. He was immediately taken into custody and released on Monday after posting $150,000 bail, jail records show.
As per the D.A’s dismissal docs, Theron’s associate requested that Sonseadec a few times leave the property before calling the cops.
Law enforcement sources argued that there might have been misunderstanding between the two given that Stanislav is Russian, and English is seemingly not his first language.
The reported stalker was arrested on Sunday.
He had been ringing the doorbell and lingering outside the actress’ home, refusing to leave, she said.
