Check out a brand new trailer and posters for Wonder Woman
Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.
The trailer begins with Diana of Themyscira witnessing the crash of Steve Trevor’s plane. Perhaps it’s even possible that Bruce Wayne is the person she’s talking to in the trailer when she gives her “I used to want to save the world” speech. I’ve got all of them here for you, and a quick assessment of the trailer, posters, and an early look at the film’s prospects.
“This week we have exclusively learnt that whilst the film wrapped in May, the cast and crew are heading back for reshoots in around two weeks’ time”. Diana, however, is determined to save them from war.
Wonder Woman is also named as a real life United Nations (UN) Ambassador which is rare to be given to a fictional Character.
The character was introduced by DC Comics in the 40s.
“Although the Wonder Woman origin was originally set in World War II, transplanting it to World War I takes the story nearly a century into our past, and gives Wonder Woman a more hard war in which to perform her heroics”. The actress is ideal for the role: with her previous experience as a military, she is just a spot-on Diana Prince. With that she has lost Steve and the innocence of believing the world is a pure place.
But we just hope that it won’t be as bad as the two new Superman movies were. Surprisingly, Diana is also seen flaunting fake glasses in the scene, just like Superman. “It never came to the table, but when you talk theoretically about all the women on Themyscira and how many years she was there, then what he said makes sense”, she said.
It’s also awesome to see Huston holding his own as he goes up against Diana. But Gadot took the criticism like a pro and silenced her critics by proclaiming that her concern isn’t about Wonder Woman’s appearance, rather, the preparation to play the warrior princess which was her focus. Numerous clips are rearranged from the other action scenes in the first trailer, leading me to believe that there’s likely only going to be a few noteworthy action sequences, and the ones we’ve seen are likely going to be combined or sequenced together. “Fight?” Etta responds. “We use our principles”.
