Chelsea Clinton to remain on family foundation board

He has released an online video that includes footage of the former first lady referring to some young criminals as super predators in the 1990s. Bernie Sanders, denouncing the phrase as “a racist term”. Clinton has since apologized.
The back-and-forth also has been waged in the national security space.
Clinton, who is leading in the polls, has come under withering scrutiny over whether Clinton Foundation donors received favored access at the State Department while she was secretary of state during President Barack Obama’s first term.

Trump pressed on with trying to broaden his appeal to minority voters on Friday, as he met with Hispanic business leaders at his signature hotel in Las Vegas.
“I think the question is: Did somebody actually get something from the State Department, from the secretary of state while she was secretary of state because they donated to the Clinton Foundation”, Himes said on CNN’s New Day.
The Clintons could have avoided conflicts by letting an independent board of directors oversee decisions, said Leslie Lenkowsky of the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University. “I do not intend to withhold briefings from any officially nominated, eligible candidate”, Clapper wrote. Also, they may have a new love of press releases because they sent one out from basically every surrogate calling for the Clinton Foundation to be shut down and for a special prosecutor.
This week, the State Department said it is reviewing almost 15,000 previously undisclosed emails recovered as part of an Federal Bureau of Investigation inquiry that did not result in charges concerning Clintons use of a private server. “We’re doing really well”. While he has not wavered on his desire to build an impenetrable wall along the border with Mexico, he exhibited indecisiveness in recent days about his plan to deport 11 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally.
Aides have said he would announce his immigration policy in a speech in the coming days, but his campaign has yet to set a date.
