Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic not for sale, says Antonio Conte

Juventus have been dealt a huge blow in their pursuit of signing Nemanja Matic, as the Chelsea FC midfielder admitted that he is reconsidering his exit plans, due to the influence of new manager Antonio Conte.
“I am sure that 100,000 players want to come to play for Chelsea so there is always competition, all life is a fight so every player is ready for that”, Matic said. I have had a conversation with him to explain what I expect from him and he can become an important player in midfield, just like [Cesc] Fabregas, [Nemanja] Matic and the others. I have to train well and strong and let’s see what God wants, ‘ said Cuadrado.
“I was pleased with my team because I saw the right spirit and a lot of positive things”.
With Conte now in charge after finishing his managerial duties with Italy, Matic is confident the club will improve. “I can’t wait to transfer my idea of football to him and find a different solution”, the Italian told the club’s website (www.chelseafc.com).
The France global has been on holiday after his Euro 2016 commitment, but will soon meet up with his new team on their USA tour.
