Cher insults Trump, with gusto, at Clinton fundraiser
Gay icon Cher, who is hitting the campaign trail for Hillary Clinton in a bid to stop Trump, told supporters at an LGBT event in Provincetown that the Republicans could cause real harm to LGBT rights under Trump. “He doesn’t mean we want to make America great again”. She also said that she was reminded of “despots, you know Stalin and Hitler”.
“He doesn’t mean we’re going to make America great again”, she said, adding that he means, “We want to make American straight and white”.
Introducing Clinton at the fundraiser Sunday, Cher called Trump a “consummate liar” and an “insane and sociopathic narcissist”.
But during a fundraising for her friend, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Cher pulled out all the old stereotypes.
Living legend Cher has hinted that she’ll be releasing new music after she’s done hitting the campaign trail with Hillary Clinton. “You are so much fun”, Cher told her when they first met, “and you are so warm, and all these things I never see when you speak”. “I just think he’s an idiot”. “I know there’s going to be other people, other minorities that are going to be totally screwed as well, but I honestly fear for your safety”.
“I know that if he got into office, our world would be the worst place”, she said.
There ought to be a VIP firing range for all these celebs taking shots at Donald Trump.
A partial clip of Mrs Clinton’s remarks was also posted on Facebook. The singer went on for about 16 minutes, continuing to share her concern and “fear” for the nation’s future. “I just wish he would fall off the face of the earth”.
“I just think he’s a [expletive] idiot”, the Academy Award and Grammy Award victor said.
