Chicago Christmas tree to be lit Tuesday
The ceremony begins at 7 p.m. near the Mayer Administration Building, 2601 West Avenue N, and is free and open to the public. The community will enjoy FREE family skating, FREE Hot Chocolate and FREE Pictures with SANTA.
Last but not least is the Pancake Breakfast with Santa Claus, which will be hosted by the Milton Fire Department.
Sellersville (2 N. Main St., Sellersville, Pa.): After the 6:30 p.m. tree lighting on Tuesday, December 1, take an old-fashioned trolley ride around the town.
There are more than 100 other trees decking the halls of South Dakota government for the holiday season.
The Tree Lighting does not mark the end of the City of Hartsville’s Christmas events for the season, as the grand community tradition of the Hartsville Christmas Parade will arrive a week and a day later on Saturday, December 12, beginning on South Fifth Street at 10:30 a.m.
Downtown Kelowna will be fully lit up on December 5. Inside the event’s heated tent, get warmed up with live music, children’s activities and live music.
The city will be celebrating its Home for the Holidays events with a tree lighting celebration.
The second-annual tree lighting celebration starts at 6 p.m. outside the Bank of America Stadium.
