Chipotle attempting to hire 4000 new employees in one day

Fast-food chain Chipotle is hiring thousands of new employees as part of their National Career Day on Wednesday.
In-restaurant interviews are being conducted from 8 a.m.to 11 a.m., before locations open for lunch. Although the fact that restaurants like Chipotle and Buffalo Wild Wings will continue to grow same-store sales more quickly than legacy chains is an obvious point to make, a structural shift is taking place.
Officials said managers are looking to hire conscientious, respectful, hospitable, energetic, enthusiastic, happy, presentable, smart, polite, motivated, ambitious, curious and honest people. Chipotle says it is looking to fill 4,000 jobs. By midday Tuesday, more than 50,000 people had registered on the Chipotle website for interviews.
