Christie: Hillary Has a ‘Liberal, Near Socialist Vision for America’s Future’
During the first of two Republican presidential debates hosted by Fox Business Network on Tuesday in Milwaukee, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, former Pennsylvania Sen.
Christie joined that group for the first time and soon found himself clashing with Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who tried repeatedly to portray the New Jersey governor as a moderate.
Christie was asked why his thought Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who took multiple shots at Christie during the debate, attacked him the way he did.
But as Jeb Bush’s campaign continues to struggle, Christie appears to have an opening with many in the Republican donor class looking for a center-right establishment horse. “When you say Janet yellin’, I’m very familiar with what you mean”. “Yes”, said Bobbie Kilberg, one of Christie’s most loyal financial backers.
According to My Tech Bits, the undercard candidates may mostly agree on issues, but that did not stop a face-off between Jindal and Huckabee. Instead, he brought up problems in the Veteran’s Administration. “Is he kidding? Did he watch what I went through in January of 2014 for months and months of relentless attacks… when it turned out that I did absolutely nothing wrong?”
“Did I want to throw something at the television?”

Christie shined again when he responded by complimenting Jindal on his work and defending his own record by pointing out that he’s been re-elected as an anti-abortion governor in a blue state.
“This is supposed to an economics debate”.
‘Are we willing to cut the government economy so we can grow the American economy?’ The New Jersey governor was also one of the stronger performers in the three primetime debates-though that didn’t seem to impress the conservative constituency he needed to woo.
“I’m going to keep my eye on the ball here, and that is that our real adversary, the person that we need to defeat is Hillary Clinton”, he said.
“If you think Mike Huckabee won’t be the kind of president who will cut back spending, or Chris Christie, or John Kasich, wait ’til you see what Hillary Clinton will do to this country and how she will drown us in debt”, Christie said, to cheers.
“I will give you a ribbon for participation and a juice box”, Jindal said of Christie’s record in New Jersey, as he sought to make the case that he’s accomplished more than the others on stage. “Let’s just not beat Hillary”. And the one she gets to debut in Tuesday won’t be aired in prime time, with top Republican contenders like Donald Trump and Ben Carson. Ted Cruz (Texas) – though not by name – as all talk and no action. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., at 15 percent.
While Christie has told the story dozens of times at town hall events, the response to the video underscores Christie’s raw political talent and ability to connect with an audience in ways many of his rivals can not.
“Their causes and the toilets get flushed at the same time”, Jindal said, referring to USA senators.
