Church’s festive tree festival for hospice
FALL PANCAKE BREAKFAST sponsored by the Rockingham Civitan Club will be from 8 to 10:30 a.m.at Fatz Cafè. Also, other baked goods and Christmas Past room. No charge, but donations welcome. All sizes welcome. Drop off at the church office 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Throughout day as people wander around looking at the trees music will be provided by local school choirs and musical groups. Speakers will include Bishop Charles Johnson and Pastor Pamela Johnson of The Well Church in Raleigh.
New Member Sunday will be celebrated during Our Savior’s Lutheran Church’s 10 a.m. Communion service, followed by fellowship at 11 a.m. Kids can talk to Santa; bring a non-glass ornament to decorate the tree; sing carols with the Christmas Choir; receive free refreshments courtesy of Carthage Community Church; take a hayride around town, and see the tree lighting ceremony at dusk. Coffee mugs will be exchanged.
The Friends of Warminghurst Church is made up of volunteers who care about Warminghurst and help out in whatever way they can, and whose support is invaluable to keeping this lovely, rural gem of a church active.

The concerts are held at the Church, at 6524 Thomasville Road.
Sheboygan Falls, will hold its sixth annual homemade Christmas cookie and candy sale from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Dec. 19, in the front entrance gathering area. The musical will conclude at 4:30 p.m. with the Voices of Mount Pleasant and a presentation from God Send MIME Ministry and Quiet Praise Dance Ministry. Deacon Donal Merriex, minister of music, and musicians will be honored.
Good Shepherd Catholic Church, McCormick, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Abbeville, present a Christmas program “The Heart of Christmas”, 4-5 p.m. December 13 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in McCormick. A freewill offering will be taken.
Eagles Nest Church Special GriefShare Classes: 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursdays, 2126 Pipe St., Sandusky. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children 3-12, free ages 2 and under. Tickets may be purchased in the church office through December 1.
Discovery: Who Are We?, 7 p.m., Dec. 8; Commitment: Whose Are We Now?, 7 p.m., Dec. 15; Night: What Are the Possibilities?, 7 p.m., Dec. 22. Friday and Saturday’s shows are both at 7 p.m., but Sunday’s show is a matinee held at 4 p.m. Afterward, the congregation will share a covered dish meal in the gym.

Grace Baptist member Jason King, a longtime actor, is directing the production that will use some humor and music to augment the Christmas story for the audience. All women invited; nursery provided.
There will also be a Christmas bazaar, refreshments, tombola and a grand draw. Gift cards are available for Southern Hills students, Rainbow House and CASA.
