Clay Matthews fakes out fellow Trojan Carson Palmer after hard hit
Happy birthday, Carson. Time to rock the bikini.
Fans are proud of their team after Sunday’s dominating victory against the Green Bay Packers.
The Cardinals have proven to be a force to be reckoned with this season. Palmer did turn 36 today and he did dress up as a hula dancer, but not because he’s desiring a career change.
While Carson Palmer was undoubtedly thrilled with his Arizona Cardinals teammates’ gift of another victory for his birthday, another Cardinals tradition left Palmer a little more scantily clad and red faced. A long pass to Michael Floyd got them in Packers territory and Palmer hit John Brown for a score that made it 17-0 with six seconds to go before the half. The clip shows Palmer then reaching for his hand and the linebacker pulls it away.
Matthews’ move didn’t do much to sway the game’s outcome: the Cardinals trounced the Packers 38-8.
“Arizona Cardinals scarf, jacket, beanie”, said William Patterson, explaining his outfit.
