Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump told reporters Monday that he has an “obligation” to debate Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton barring natural disasters.

His visit to the city Monday comes two days after his wife’s opponent, Donald Trump, visited a predominantly black church in Detroit.
