Clinton campaign says Sanders at odds with Obama on guns
Bill Clinton made his first official campaign stop in Iowa Thursday, stumping for his wife, democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton.
During a Q&A session, Sanders was asked about Bill Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinsky while he was in the White House. “I am now 73…it never goes away”, Broaddrick wrote on Twitter this week.
Clinton is running a smarter, more grounded campaign than she did eight years ago, political analysts said. “Sanders voted with the gun lobby, and I voted against the gun lobby”, Clinton told Matthews, referring to Sanders’ vote for a bill to grant immunity to gun makers from lawsuits when their products are used in crimes.
Clinton’s campaign, however, has said that this is not a new issue for her, and she’s been advocating on the issue for decades.
A woman who worked for Bill Clinton has accused him of rape and Hillary of “silencing” her. The allegations, she said, were all part of “a vast right wing conspiracy” to get her husband.
Silver, the Jewish editor of the FiveThirtyEight blog who correctly predicted the election results of all 50 states in 2012, told Adweek on Monday that Hillary Clinton should win the Democratic nomination barring “some type of renewed scandal or health problem”.

“You know, there are a lot of candidates and money in the House and the Senate who may be opposed to sensible gun control legislation”, Sanders said”. In 2011, the Census Bureau estimated that, across all majors, a “bachelor’s degree holder can expect to earn about $2.4 million over his or her work life”.
The Times may be afraid that millennial voters hypersensitive to signs of “rape culture” – and who aren’t aware of the former president’s history with women – may be appalled to learn about Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, and Paula Jones.
Appearing unflustered at the topic (see video below), Mrs. Clinton said a woman should be believed until she is “disbelieved based on evidence”, even smiling at the woman after answering the accusatory question.
“Oh my goodness, wow”, Clinton said in Sioux City as dozens of hands went up.
“It’s not every day that a sitting president is unable to commit to supporting a potential nominee of his party”, Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon said on a conference call, responding to Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver’s assertion earlier in the day that there’s “about zero daylight between the president and Senator Bernie Sanders” on guns.

Sanders also drew a contrast with Clinton on the issue of reining in Wall Street, saying Wall Street analysts will say only Sanders’ proposals make them “nervous”.
