Clinton on trustworthiness: ‘I understand voters have questions’
For Clinton, the pressure is on as Sanders has closed the poll gap in Nevada, a state once considered to be an easy win for Clinton. “Nevada put out the Bern”, said Ken Tietjen, a Clinton supporter who stood outside her Las Vegas victory rally at Caesar’s Palace.
Her win denied Sanders the breakthrough win he had sought in a state with a heavy minority population, but his ability to close a one-time double-digit polling lead for Clinton suggests the Democratic nominating race will be long and hard fought.

Sanders told his supporters he called Clinton to congratulate her. Despite his defeat, he vowed to take his campaign nationwide, notably looking past SC, where Clinton is leading the polls, to a clutch of primaries on March 1.
