Clinton’s leads Trump in popular vote by 2.5 million
Following the announcement, Trump tweeted: “The Great State of MI was just certified as a Trump WIN giving all of our MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN supporters another victory – 306!” In a republic the rights of the minority are protected and can not be voted away by the majority.
But about the recount: The star of this show is Jill Stein, the Green Party nominee for president. The slave-state “forefathers” refused to agree with one-man-one-vote for presidential elections.
The decision came two days before a state court hearing was scheduled in the case. Trump picked up almost every important swing state like Florida and North Carolina, while also flipping states most polling experts expected to lean blue such as Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and MI.
The New York Post reports new pages have been set up on HillaryClinton.com to enlist those looking to help in the MI and Wisconsin recounts. If we base a presidential election on popular vote only, then states like California, New York, Texas and other highly populated states would be the ones choosing who would lead our nation.
Trump won all three states by a narrow margin in the presidential election, leading his major rival Democrat Hillary Clinton with just over 100,000 votes in all three states. According to The Denver Post, the aim of the new group is to convince Republican and Democratic voters, to unify behind a Republican alternative for president or force a stagnation of the Electoral College.

Clinton won Washington state, which has 12 electoral votes.
Pennsylvania’s automatic statewide recount trigger is 0.5 percent. On Wednesday Stein’s lawyers filed paperwork to force MI to recheck its vote tallies.
