Cloudy overnight, chance of morning rain
The weather is changing quickly. Cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 27 by 5pm. Monday’s forecast is similar with occasional rain and highs around average.
This is mainly the Highway 278 corridor including Cullman, Blount and Etowah counties. Temperatures will warm into the low 60s during the afternoon as moisture continues to stream into the area. The temperature will be in the mid 40s to low 50s by late in the morning with partly to mostly cloudy skies. With the slower timing, highs in the 60s once again look to be in the cards.
Saturday will be picture-perfect for the Iron Bowl.

The National Weather Service predicts widespread rain for Missouri on Thanksgiving, according to meteorologist Spencer Mell. Compare this with temperatures past year in the upper 40s. But the chance for rain increases during the week, beginning Tuesday night, with a 20 percent chance of showers.
TODAY: Dry weather for most of the east. If you are traveling anywhere across the southeast states you should be looking just fine. Temperatures topped out at 60 degrees in San Jose, 57 in Oakland and 55 in San Francisco.
There is a lot of uncertainty with the forecast for Sunday.
