College Football Pick’em Week 3
When’s the last time the beginning of a season felt so topsy-turvy?
The flipside to most loved is most hated, and there are plenty of teams to choose from when weighing who should be most hated.
Here’s a look at the five players to watch in Week 3. Michigan State should move up from fourth after easily beating Air Force. “It’s football, interceptions are going to happen”, Johnson told reporters.
– Can Kentucky end a 28-game losing streak against Florida?
On Saturday, there are four matchups between Top 25 teams and two of those matchups are within the SEC conference. It’s nearly as though the history of Texas makes them so hated. It’s sort of a disorganized mess.
Alabama is at its best under center letting the offensive line do most of the work. Deep threat Devin Smith is missed.
Northwestern State at Mississippi State, 4 p.m. ET, SECN – State tries to get over last week’s depressing loss to LSU by smothering the winless Northwestern State, where new SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey was once the golf coach and got stuck in the press box elevator.
Uthman: Notre Dame is allowing a respectable 4.8 yards per play through two games this season, but to get at your answer, I think we can’t really glean much from the Irish’s first two games of this season. Oh, by the way, they also lost their starting quarterback in the first game of the season, but their offense hasn’t missed a beat. It’s up to Meyer and his coaching staff to snap the team out of the funk and make Ohio State the clear favorite that it has the personnel to be. I think the Gamecocks will show up feisty against Georgia, but will be no match for its defense. One or the other appeared in almost every playoff projection.
Ole Miss, with a big assist from Katy Perry, upset Alabama past year in Oxford, and Coach Hugh Freeze cried on TV.
Ole Miss is at Alabama, and Auburn travels to LSU. But that won’t stop panic from setting in. Everything unraveled against a very confident LSU. Well, college football cares not for your order and logic. Against LSU, Johnson again missed easy throws and made bad decisions, completing 11 of 19 passes for 100 yards and a pick, giving Auburn little chance of punching back as Fournette delivered haymaker after haymaker.
ESPN College GameDay is in Tuscaloosa for this one, and Ole Miss is looking to beat ‘Bama two years in a row. At this point, Henry is a reliable known quantity. This Crimson Tide bunch is a different animal, especially up front. It did not go well. BYU is averaging 344 passing yards against Nebraska and Boise State. If both of those games showcase classic, hard-nosed football, the nation will have to take notice and admit that the SEC can still play ball. He’s looked like a faster Bo Wallace with a better arm who doesn’t screw up as much – but you know, we’re talking about Alabama now. Neither team looked like top four material, but a loss by either one would have dinged the league’s reputation another notch.
So why should Baylor (2-0) fans be anxious ?
The last time these two schools met was about 40 years ago.
No team’s stock has been more volatile this season than Stanford’s. None of it has come against an SEC opponent. Texas A&M just puts up a ton of points and barely covers the spread. Do the Tigers even need to have an offense outside of Leonard Fournette?
Chad “Swag” Kelly music video In 2012 current Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly released a rap song about himself. The Aggies are proving to be better than expected on offense, and the defense was going to be improved under coordinator John Chavez. For all of the division’s faults thus far, there’s still a lot to like.

It will most likely be because their defense can’t keep up with UCLA’s machine.
Winning is always great.
This is an experienced and talented UCLA team that is capable of picking up the slack when its freshman quarterback hits those inevitable bumps. However, back on week one, they beat a favored Stanford team and picked by some to make a playoff run this year. But reports of No. 8 Notre Dame’s death proved to be greatly exaggerated, at least on Saturday, when the Irish rolled past No. 14 Georgia Tech 30-22 in a game that was 30-7 until the Yellow Jackets scored twice in the final minute.
