Did you know that Mad Max: Fury Road’s Doof Warrior is real and that Coma was acutally shredding the guitar? The latest and most explosive sequel in George Miller’s dystopian franchise now sits at $360 million worldwide and holds an equally impressive 98% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the whole thing happened on Wednesday in preparation for the first of three shows Conan will be hosting at Comic-Con 2015.

To kick off San Diego Comic-Con 2015, Conan O’Brien and Andy Richter jumped in their pirate ship on wheels à la “Mad Max” and drove the fury road down to the annual entertainment convention. While Richter took on the role of the nefarious character Immortan Joe, Conan went full psycho portraying the guitar wielding menace The Doof Warrior.

Conan’s second night of Comic-Con coverage will continue tonight with the cast of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2; while Friday’s show will feature the cast of Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.
