What exactly came to happen between Scott and Chloe Bartoli has yet to necessarily be understood with suggestions that the pair may have a thing going on?

Kourtney parted ways with her long time partner Disick after she got exhausted of his dramatic antics.

If their romance is agreed to be such a union, Scott could legally claim that he is entitled to half of Kourtney’s earnings. He even trashed his hotel room in Aspen.

An obviously infuriated Kourtney decided to post this pic on Instagram with the caption, “Don’t mess”, as a sweet reminder to never mess with her. “She says it’s over, but I know they will end up getting back together for the kids and the show”, one source told U.S. Weekly. Bartoli, whom Disick dated in 2006, was also caught by cameras playfully feeding Disick a forkful of food. That’s right – Scott has once again ditched his sobriety.

They also share a son Mason, 5, and daughter Penelope, who turns 3 years old on Wednesday. No, no, he’s been getting cozy with his reported ex-girlfriend, celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli! While there was less PDA involved, it did fuel cheating rumors.

Disick was noticeably absent from his family’s celebrations over Fourth of July weekend. Now, however, Kourtney thinks that Scott’s continued irresponsible behavior is hurting their kids.

Scott has reportedly been telling people in Monte Carlo that he was “newly single”.

“Scott has been running around saying he’s single”, the insider said.

Disick, 32, hasn’t been at their Calabasas home in a month, “solid” sources told TMZ, and Kardashian, 36, finally had enough.

Last week, Scott fueled speculation that he had split from the brunette beauty after being spotted with another woman in Monaco. Kourtney needs Scott’s help with the kids more than ever, having three small children.
