It’s the Cowboys’ trademark look, but there’s just one problem: The Rams prefer to do the same. It’s about time for Ezekiel Elliott to look more like last season’s version and prove to be more than Los Angeles can handle.

The Rams continue to score points on offense, as the defense was a reliable bookend today. While the Rams line is a superior unit to last year’s sieve, these are two elite pass rushers playing on their home turf. Defensively, the Rams are yielding 25.0 points and 343.7 total yards (204.7 in passing and 139.0 in rushing) per game. He will face a stiff test this week, going up against the unheralded leader of the Dallas defense, LB Sean Lee. It is still unclear whether cornerbacks Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring) and Nolan Carroll (concussion) will be cleared to play.

For the Rams, the win will be an indication of what is coming.

In danger of getting blown out early because of another poor defensive half, the Rams responded with a massive second half on both sides of the ball and beat the Dallas Cowboys, 35-30, on Sunday afternoon at AT&T Stadium. The Los Angeles offense has been clicking on all cylinders and Dallas’ defense will be tested once again.

The most interesting angle of this game is the dynamic friendship between Goff and Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. Until then, we’ll probably see this combination for a few more years, unfortunately.

Dallas must be careful not to force feed Elliott but utilize him in the flow of the offense.

The Rams, who trailed 24-16 at halftime, appeared to be in trouble when they were forced to punt after three plays on the first drive of the third quarter. “So it’s about being focused and physical for the entire game, for 60 snaps not 50 snaps and that is how you stop the run”.

The early time slot isn’t the only schedule oddity for the Cowboys this week – they’ll also be drawing the short-end of the stick when it comes to rest. Now he’s trying to cement himself as one of the top QB’s in the league.

My gut tells me this game will feature a lot of scoring, which surely will be entertaining.
