Jerry Johnson, Lambert’s general manager, declined to comment on the pending suit.
Troy Tucker said she was hit by a roll during a visit in September of 2014.
“Defendant Lambert’s breached its duty by promoting this unsafe practice of throwing rolls at diners, and failed to adequately train its employees on how to do same without posing a danger to its dining customers”, the lawsuit continues. It’s a popular attraction for visitors from around the country because of its reputation as “Home of the Throwed Rolls”. Patron Troy Tucker was hurt in Lambert’s thrown roll stick.
