Dak Prescott: Cowboys ‘our’ team

Sunday’s game between the Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys pits two teams who excel in completely opposite facets of the game.

While Romo was sidelined back a back injury, Prescott led Dallas to eight straight wins, tying a franchise season record, and the best record in the National Football League at 8-1.

A parallel tracks plan – develop a rookie while Romo plays – would fit John Fox’s strengths better than drafting someone to play immediately or trading for an unproven backup, such as fellow EIU alum Jimmy Garropolo.

There are whispers about quarterback Joe Flacco starting to surface in Baltimore (5-4). Other than that, for all of us, we’ve just got to move forward. “I’ve got to be better at dealing with some things”.
