Darth Vader will have good role in ‘Rogue One

A twitter user posted the pics from the Toy Fair out of Nuremberg, which seems to match the first official pic above. We dont get much of a glimpse of it in the cast photo, but, at least according to this costume, Let the Bullets Fly star Jiang Wen is going to be packing some serious heat in Rogue One. Still, the film looks like it could be a strong start to the “anthology” Star Wars films.

Now in the thick of production, both Disney and Lucasfilm brass are keeping everything hush hush, but that hasn’t curbed speculation seeping onto the interwebs, with JoBlo and Making Star Wars unearthing a series of rumors regarding Rogue One and, specifically, Darth Vader’s role in it. While that hasn’t been 100% confirmed by anyone associated with the film, a new report suggests that the popular villain will have much more screen time than we thought. If true, this would certainly be the most brutal Vader we have seen so far. We still dont know the identity of these characters—the plot revolves around a group of Rebels stealing the plans for the original Death Star—though these costumes scream bounty hunter to me. However, what characters they will play or their characters’ names aren’t known. Heck, despite being dead he’s still playing a role in the new Star Wars trilogy, his legacy giving inspiration to a new intergalactic menace.

“It’s fantastic. Going to work – even though it’s hard, you always hear that, film acting, there are moments where’s it’s very cold and you have to where something that isn’t necessarily warm, and 12 hours days or more”.

It looks like any other kimono cardigan – assuming that’s a thing – but upon closer examination, the pattern contains images of Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Imperial logos and Death Stars. The latest report claims that Vader’s appearance is bigger than a mere cameo, though they can’t say for sure exactly how big his role is or what he’ll be doing.
