David Haye Throws Punch at Tony Bellew in Presser Before Heavyweight Fight
David Haye and Tony Bellew kicked off their press tour today and it’s safe to say security measures for the next ones will have to be a priority.
Haye then swung a left hook as he fell backwards, though he failed to make contact.
The two fighters were ready to take each other on but before that, Haye stole the show with a prolonged dig at the Matchroom supremo.

David Haye threw a punch at Tony Bellew and launched an astonishing verbal attack on promoter Eddie Hearn at a news conference to publicise the fighters’ March 4 clash.
In the below Instagram post, Bellew wrote: “You coward!”
“He’s going to fight – I believe – Wladimir Klitschko”.
Former world champion Haye came out of retirement earlier this year, but held nothing back in an expletive-ridden onslaught of Bellew, which could land him in trouble with the British Boxing Board of Control.
Haye’s return to boxing just as Bellew became a cruiserweight world champion kicked off a rivalry between the two on social media and face to face. The difference between him and me is that I love fighting and he hates it. I will. He doesn’t scare me. “The last time he had a real fight and looked good.it’s a long time”. You should be promoting your fighters.
“He seems very rattled and annoyed, listen if he wants to take it to the streets than I am more than happy because there’s only one victor on the streets with someone like me”. He’s a cruiserweight moved up to heavyweight, he’s not a big heavyweight.
As expected, the build up to the fight will be rather enthralling with both egos going head to head in a clash which can see Haye get a shot at Anthony Joshua later down the line.
“It’s the most risky sport there is so we don’t need clowns like him saying “I am going to leave you in hospital”.
