David Trail Mix Recalled for Undeclared Milk

DAVID Trail Mix Sweet & Salty flavor was sold as part of multi variety packages that also contain DAVID Trail Mix Classic. There has been at least one reported allergic reaction. Favourites Mountain Trail Mix was first recalled in another country, and the Canadian Food Inspection is now conducting an investigation to see if other Favourites products need to be recalled.

The finished product is made by a third party supplier who is separately recalling products.

The product could be a serious health risk, even life-threatening, for those who are allergic to milk.

ConAgra Foods is advising consumers who have purchased this item to discard it or return it to the store where originally purchased.

The recall is specifically for the DAVID “Sweet & Salty” flavor trail mix.

Packaged foods company ConAgra Foods, Inc.

Product was distributed to retail stores in the USA, sold at Ethereal Confections in Woodstock, Illinois, and online.

The only product affected by this recall is 5 ounce bags of David Trail Mix Sweet & Salty, bearing a UPC Code of 26200 23885.
