De Gea, Rashford & Rooney return for Man Utd’s China tour
The ESPN FC crew discuss Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s comments saying he will be the ‘God of Manchester’.
Manchester United have left Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Anthony Martial, Morgan Schneiderlin, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Marouane Fellaini out of their squad for a pre-season tour to China.
The likes of Marcus Rashford, Wayne Rooney and David De Gea have also joined up with their team-mates after being given extended breaks following Euro 2016.
United will play two matches in China starting with the Bundesliga side on July 22. He intends to give game time to the players who have been training since the start of preseason, when he took charge of it nearly a fortnight ago.
United will face Borussia Dortmund in Shanghai on Friday before travelling to Beijing to take on near neighbours Manchester City on Monday.
