Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 announced for PS4 and PS Vita
Earlier this month Team Ninja confirmed that Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 is currently in development, and now we know where it’s headed.
According to the post the PS4 version of the game is called Fortune, while the Vita version is called Venus, presumably because no one will get to experience it during our lifetime.
The Dead or Alive Extreme is a spinoff of the popular Dead or Alive fighting game.
In an interview with Famitsu (via Destructoid), producer Yosuke Hayashi revealed that Koei Tecmo is interested in a Western release of the upcoming T&A simulator, Dead or Alive Xtreme 3.
Dead or Alive Xtreme is a spin-off of the Dead or Alive fighting franchise, but instead of fighting, the female characters of the series go to the beach to show off their skills in several activities and mini-games. It was given a mature rating which can only be played and sold to adult gamers. As of now, there’s been no confirmation whether or not either game will make its way to the West. The DOA games have historically been advertised not only as fast-paced 3D combat games, but as a way to view – well, “ogle” might be a more accurate term – attractive women.
Video game stories from other sites on the web. Exactly how these will benefit Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 remains to be seen.
