Dead Rising PS4 trophies surface

Either way, it would at least tide the PS4 owners over until “Dead Rising 4” arrives on their consoles.

In a surprise update today, Exophase added a trophy list for Dead Rising on the PlayStation 4.

As of now, there’s no word on whether the speculated release will be a direct port or remaster, but long-time Playstation fans seem to be interested in playing the game for the first time on their consoles.

We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any comment by Capcom in regards to the potential remaster and be sure to keep you posted.

Of course, while the leaked trophy list all but guarantees we’ll see Dead Rising make the jump to PSN at some point, it’s not clear when we can expect to hear anything official from Capcom.

In a statement provided to VideoGamer.com, the publisher said: “Capcom will be bringing Dead Rising to Xbox One, PS4 and PC”. Evidence of this comes from Exophase.

Both Dead Rising 2 and Off the Record are already available on PC, whereas the original Dead Rising is not.

Another timed-exclusive game with Microsoft is Rise of the Tomb Raider. The game served as a prequel/reboot to the entire Lara Croft series.

So far it is known that Dead Rising 4 will be exclusive to Xbox One temporarily and that it will not go on another platform up to a year after its release.
