Deadpool Channels Bob Ross In Latest Teaser
Ryan Renolds returns next summer with Deadpool 2, the sequel to the hugely successful Marvel Comics movie and a brand new teaser has dropped…. but it comes along with a very odd sketch. The mercenary’s face wasn’t shown, but it seems like the last second of the trailer features his body.
A promotional issue of the magazine featuring the masked vigilante on the cover, was released with copies being handed out in cities around the United States and it’s filled with helpful holiday tips from Deadpool himself.
Will you see Deadpool 2 on opening night? Deadpool is out next year June, and also stars T.J. Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, Leslie Uggams, Stefan Kapičić, Karan Soni, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Josh Brolin as Cable, Julian Dennisone and Jack Kesy as the villain.
No Cable, as far as I noticed, outside of Deadpool’s Thanksgiving masterpiece at the end. After the credits roll, there is a brief clip of what sounds like a cybernetic arm. For those who don’t know, the first film followed Wade Wilson, a former Special Forces operative, who gets tortured and disfigured after a science experiment, turning him into the ever-so-likeable Deadpool. There’s a little bit of NSFW language, but it’s mostly just Ryan Reynolds goofing around until the footage hits.
But stick around until the 1:30 mark and you’ll be rewarded with the very first promo for Deadpool 2, and it’s fair to say that David Leitch and his editing team have crammed an bad lot of material into this 10-second window. The first film, released in 2016, made over $780 million worldwide. There’s also about 30 seconds of actual footage from the film, in addition to Deadpool’s freaky painting of a Thanksgiving family dinner.
Surprise! 20th Century Fox has released a teaser trailer for Deadpool 2, revealing the first footage from the highly anticipated sequel.
