‘Deadpool’ Debuts First Red & Green Band Trailers

Deadpool, a spin-off of X-Men, is based on a Marvel comic book about former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson (Reynolds). Watch the red band trailer below!

The film co-stars Morena Baccarin and T.J. Miller, who drops some of the trailer’s more noteable one-liners.

You read that correctly-Deadpool has appeared in a trailer for the Deadpool trailer.

Deadpool first hit the comics scene in 1991’s New Mutants #98 thanks to Marvel and the writer-artist team of Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld.

The plot of this story story revolves around the story of Wade Wilson played by Ryan Reynolds.

A family-friendly green band trailer will be attached to the U.S. theatrical release of Fox’s “Fantastic Four“, which arrives on August 7.

He made a cameo in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but the appearance was ultimately blasted by both the actor and Deadpool fans after the verbose character was depicted as an assassin with his mouth stitched shut.

Reynolds and director Tim Miller wowed the crowd in Hall H at Comic-Con after showing the first footage of the Merc with the Mouth, receiving a standing ovation and demands for an encore.

But it’s his dark, twisted sense of humor that becomes his defining trait.
