DEADPOOL Red Band Trailer To Debut On CONAN
Aptly titled ‘Trailer Trailer, ‘ the video made it clear that comics-based movie was having fun with its fans.
After the immensely popular Deadpool Comic-Con trailer leaked online, those who saw it without permission and those who read about it were fairly spoiled on the big moments.
Ryan Reynolds is set to appear on Conan tomorrow, which is when the official trailer will be revealed. It remains unclear whether or not the green band trailer will be attached to prints of 20th Century Fox’s Fantastic Four when it hits theaters this weekend, but that’s the word on the street. A red band trailer will be shown at the Conan O’Brien late night show along with Ryan Reynolds’ guesting on Tuesday, August 4.
With the film getting a hard “R” rating, it’s no surpise that a redband trailer is coming and I’m sure both of the trailer will release online in short order next week for fans to devour.
“From the studio that inexplicably sewed his f**king mouth shut the first time”, Reynolds, as Deadpool, says in his best “In A World” voice.
Ryan Reynolds has stepped into the suit after years of talking up the role, and a time in 2009 where he played a basterdised version in X-Men Origins Wolverine. It is directed by Tim Miller from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
Moreover, Empire Magazine also debuted Reynolds as Wade Wilson or simply Deadpool sans his mask. The film has wrapped its production and will open in US theatres on February 12, 2016. Possibly the most distinct character from the Marvel Comics universe, Deadpool is portrayed as a twisted mercenary with a gift of the gab.
He uses his powers to assume an alter ego and hunt down the man who almost destroyed him.
