Dear Zindagi Movie Review, Story, Synopsis, Cast & Crew
All in all, the film could have used some editing, a stronger storyline and those expecting a film with English Vinglish’s charm could be disappointed by Gauri Shinde’s second film.
A behind-the-scenes video of life on the sets of Dear Zindagi documents one such instance. Intriguingly enough the film’s Tamil original, Apoorva Raagangal (1978), is considered a classic and besides featuring Kamal Haasan in the same role it is also remembered as Rajinikanth’s screen debut where he played the estranged husband of the older woman (the late Srividya in the role that Hema Malini played in Hindi). In that 1000 plus screens, majority were released in multiplexes by focusing only one audience, who all visiting as like that places with couples.
The film is slated for a November 25 release.
Dear Zindagi movie review: Alia Bhatt’s Kaira learns life-lessons through a dishy shrink played by Shah Rukh Khan.
The “Fan” star says people assume that he has achieved it all in life considering his long, continuing career, fame and success but it is not true. The overseas screens count are almost equal to the release of India. At times they ask a few things which are related to my work but overall, I have never sat them down and given advice. The makers have decent pre-release business with the overseas and also in India. Her way of treating complex life issues in the simplest way possible is what makes “Dear Zindagi” a treat to watch for the audience of all age groups. And if you have gone to the movie expecting a Shah Rukh Khan movie, you might end up disappointed. SRK recently advised Alia to be bad as it is sometimes good. Collected an IMPRESSIVE $ 172,571 [₹ 1.19 cr] on Wednesday. Dear Zindagi depicts life with its every mood and how to deal with it. Shah Rukh Khan is playing the flawless teacher we all crave who can actually guide us in our timorous days. So, the fresh pair appeared on the screen as first to discover the life. The film is crafted so nicely that you would remain glued to your seat provided you have that kind of taste and flair to digest the values propagated the best by the actor.
