Deepika Padukone-Priyanka Chopra To Repeat Madhuri Dixit-Aishwarya Rai Magic

Looks like Sanjay Leela Bhansali has lots of surprises for his fans from Bajirao Mastani.

So while Priyanka looked on while being truly impressed with Deepika’s moves in Deewani Mastani, the first of the songs from Bajirao Mastani to be unveiled, this time around she joins the show and gets on the dance floor.

Priyanka and Deepika are draped in nauvari sarees in complementary colours – purple and magenta. Both of them are beautifully adorned in traditional Marathi jewellery with green bangles, earrings, necklace and cummerbund. The actresses have identical hairdo and sport a bun.

Now the makers have released the first look of the song that has a Maratha flavour to it. Choreographed by Remo D’Souza, it took over 12 days to shoot for the grand song with over 50 background dancers in the larger than life sets created by Bhansali.

The film also stars handsome actor Ranveer Singh in lead role apart from Priyanka and Deepika. The song will be released on Saturday.

Readers may recall that, even in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas, the viewers were treated to the visual magic of Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit dancing their way to glory in the smash hit track ‘Dola re’.
