Delhi CM’s office neither searched nor sealed: CBI
Congress and AAP are demanding Jaitley’s resignation over alleged “gross financial irregularities” in Delhi’s cricket body DDCA when he headed it from 1999 to 2013.
Jaitley had dismissed the allegations against him as “rubbish”.

“What is the specific allegation?
His fight is against corruption only no?”, Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay told reporters. “What is his role in DDCA scam?”, he tweeted. He has been charged with criminal conspiracy and misconduct, an NDTV report said. CBI raided Rajendra Kumar’s office and residence on Wednesday in connection with corruption cases.
“If that was not a raid at CMO, then why was his office’s file movement register dating November and December 2015 seized?” “Item 7 -file movement register of last one month”, he said.
AAP spokesman Deepak Bajpai said the party will hold a press conference on Thursday where it will expose the “massive corruption” in the DDCA. Along with Kumar, CBI also examined owner of Endeavour Systems Private Limited Dinesh Gupta and Managing Director of Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) R S Kaushik here at its headquarters. CBI also scrutinised files of DDCA.
“If the raid was in Chief Minister’s Office it was in his office”.
Insisting that the Delhi CM has not been raided, he said, “No wrong has been done”.
Kejriwal added: “Finance minister lied in parliament… However, it is seen today that the CM’s office was indeed raided, all files examined and many files taken away by CBI”, AAP national spokesperson Preeti Sharma Menon said. “It is not the duty of Parliament to take up such matter”.
