Demi Lovato pays heartfelt tribute to grandfather
Demi is vocal about self-esteem among young women, and she was asked if there’s anyone in particular who inspires her to embrace her curves.
“I don’t feel like any of my past or future – when it comes to relationships that may have happened or not have happened – are of any concern to anybody”.
When asked by Complex for the publication’s feature whether she still speaks with Selena, Demi replied with a simple: “Nope”.
In Cosmopolitan magazine, Lovato talks about her relationship with Valderrama.
After several encounters, including building a ginger bread house together, the two became super close. Though she is friend with Iggy Azalea and the Jonas Brothers, Lovato has no interest in a celebrity squad a-la-Gomez’s bestie Taylor Swift.
“Since I don’t do that anymore, and Iggy wasn’t drinking – she doesn’t do anything – I was kind of like, ‘Hey”.
Demi revealed she had been left “heartbroken” following the death of her great-grandfather on Monday. The one quote that really stands out is one about Demi’s body image and self-confidence. “I haven’t even shared the heavy part”. I was dressed as Lucille Ball and Wilmer was Desi Arnaz.
“He was like, “Umm, babe?”
“I’ve grown up with [celebrities]”. I just want people to see it finally. Not that she’s thought about it or anything.
It seems Lovato is actually a very complex person herself with an extraordinarily sexy body. “I love you. Please keep my Mimaw in your prayers”, the pop rocker captioned the photo of her grandfather.
That’s America people. They can’t tell their homonyms apart but they let you on the road with an autograph. But the real point of Lovato’s message is that there’s beauty in all body shapes, and the important thing is to recognize that in yourself.
“Lately, I’ve been coming to terms with my imperfections and not obsessing so much about trying to make myself ideal”, she admitted.
