Democratic Debate: Drug policy recap
Understanding that Trump is accusing Clinton of something that he himself is often culpable of, let us take a look at any basis for her comment and what it could mean for her campaign.
After months of pivoting to the left on domestic issues to compete with Mr. Sanders for her party’s base, she is now talking about security and safety far more than Mr. Sanders – and solidifying her lead in opinion polls.
Multiple Clinton aides confirmed to CNN that the former president will start headlining events for the campaign in January, including solo events without his presidential candidate wife. Even the debates hosts, Muir and Martha Raddatz wondered about the hold up after returning from the break.
Clinton on rising premiums and out-of-pocket costs for the privately insured after enactment of Obama’s health-care law: “I would certainly build on the successes of the Affordable Care Act and work to fix some of the glitches”.
Top rival Bernie Sanders accused Clinton of being too quick to push for regime change, while Republican candidate Carly Fiorina, said the former secretary of state was too willing to cede US policy to other countries. At the debate, he apologised to Ms Clinton and to his supporters, insisting: “This is not the kind of campaign that we run”. Both the Clinton and the sanders teams claiming victory. This was not merely a topical reference: JJ Abrams, director of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and his wife Kathleen McGrath between them donated $1m to a Clinton-supporting super PAC (political campaign group) earlier this year.
“I’m very clear that we have a distinct difference between those of us on this stage tonight and all of our Republican counterparts”, she said, in her opening remarks.

“What we’re asking for now is a thorough investigation with the DNC”, Sanders said on CBS. Fifty-six percent of Democrats say they support Clinton, with Sen.
During the third Democratic presidential debate, on Saturday, Hillary Clinton claimed that Donald Trump “is becoming ISIS’s best recruiter”.
She also said that she has advocated for a no-fly zone in Syria in order to create a safe haven for refugees inside Syria against both Assad and Daesh.
Sanders apologized to Clinton for the breach.
“While it is true that many seniors are online, many seniors are also not and this campaign a lot of younger voters have learned about Bernie’s campaign on social media and online, so I think it is fair to say that younger voters are more familiar with him”.
Later, ABC News moderator David Muir asked Clinton if corporate America should love her, and she quipped “Everybody should!” to another of the night’s biggest laughs.
There is no doubt Donald Trump has been successful at galvanizing Americans around his campaign – but in doing so, is he also helping extremists recruit for their cause?
In the latest Democratic presidential debate, oversimplification struck again.
