Denise Richards serves ex-husband Charlie Sheen with $1 million lawsuit
Richards claims Sheen cut their daughters, Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, from their trust funds and had them all evicted from their home after she moved closer to Sheen’s Mulholland Estates, Calif., address while he tried to get his life on track after being diagnosed with HIV.
Richards and the children moved out of the property Sheen owns in September a year ago and the actress asserts that they were forced out, and left out of pocket while they rented a home for $15 thousand per month. Richards also overheard Sheen telling their daughter Lola she was “a f-cking pig whore” and saying, “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom”. According to his lawyer, the former “Anger Management” star has already paid his ex nearly $20 million, including $660,000 tax free money every year for the last nine years.
“And why would you say that you want my mother to eat pork and die?” reads one text sent from Lola to her father.
Richards wants a $1.2 million down payment from Sheen to go toward the purchase of a new home, which she claims he previously agreed to pay for via a trust for the kids. The publication reports that Richards’ legal filings also include aggressive and very vulgar texts sent from Sheen to his children calling her a “loser f–ing slut mom” and a “puss wart”. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. “I then asked Brett what the point of the visit was, and Brett replied she was there to deliver a message: I could stay in the residence if I signed a custody agreement”.
The actress/ model claims attorney Marty Singer’s logic further proves that Sheen, 50, owes her and her children a large sum of money. Since they moved there in 2013, Sheen has allegedly threatened to kick them out several times. They got married the next year and have daughters Sam and Lola together, though Richards filed for divorce while she was pregnant with Lola in 2005.
Richards is asking the judge for $1.2 million towards purchasing the home that she was promised.
Denise says in Sept. Charlie violated their deal by forcing her out of the home and not getting her a new place.
News of Richards’ lawsuit comes after Sheen’s other ex-wife Brooke Mueller, who shares twin sons with the actor, reportedly checked in to an undisclosed rehab facility for a six-month program.
