Dennis Quaid’s wife files for divorce after 12 years

The 62-year-old actor told the site: ‘After careful consideration, Kimberly and I have made a decision to end our 12 year marriage. “The decision was made amicably and with mutual respect toward one another”, the “Vegas” actor told the gossip site. Kimberly Quaid’s filing seeks joint legal custody of their 8-year-old twins, as well as spousal support.
The pair vowed to remain “devoted partners in raising [their] children”.
In October 2012, the couple again chose to separate, this time leading to Quaid filing for divorce in November. The couple went on to reconcile. The star of Crackle’s “The Art of More” was married to P.J. Soles from 1978 to 1983 before marrying Meg Ryan in 1991.
