Disney Fangirl Starts Dating Her Crush After 5 Years Of Obsessive Tweeting

At least that was all it took for 22-year-old Danielle Caesar, who, for the past five years, has been in pursuit of Jake T. Austin, the 21-year-old actor known for his role as Max Russo on Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place.

Two weeks ago Jake posted this romantic snap of the pair of them, writing: “I’m insane for her”. Check it out below!

According to the Daily Mail, it all started way back in the late 2000s, when Caesar was just a big a fan of Austin’s character on Wizards.

“Oppps @jaketaustin is it bad that I wanna kiss you right now!?”

“Your smile is so cute @JakeTAustin”, she captioned a Twitter photo of their fateful meeting.

The picture created a stir among his 1.3 million instagram, followers, wracking up thousands of likes and comments, with many declaring that she was their #fangirlgoals. As he went on to star in ABC Family’s “The Fosters”, she faithfully tuned in every Monday and lost her cool when he wore a beanie and appeared shirtless on the show.

For a further four years she persisted, tweeting him after spying photos of him online and praising him on his acting success. “That’s what I mean!” one Instagram user wrote. “ASK ME OUT LOL”, one person commanded Justin Bieber.
