District Attorney Comes to Decision in Caitlyn Jenner’s Fatal vehicle Crash Case
CAITLYN Jenner reportedly won’t be charged with manslaughter for the fatal vehicle accident she was involved in in February.
Lucky break… sources say Caitlyn Jenner won’t be prosecuted for her involvement in a fatal auto crash in Malibu. Caitlin was unhurt, however one woman lost her life, and seven others were injured.
Chris Pizzello/Chris Pizzello/Invision/AP Prosecutors are now weighing a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter case against the “I Am Cait” star. It means that district attorney Jackie Lacey can still press formal charges down the line, though that has been deemed unlikely.
Despite most likely being relieved of any criminal responsibility, Caitlyn has been sued by the victim’s family for negligence.
She said: “I can totally understand it. Sometimes I wish I had a d**k too – just to know what it felt like”.
‘A tragedy like this, you’ll never get over it. You just learn to live with it the best you possibly can’.
It has previously been stated that the TV star was not using her phone during the crash, and Caitlyn herself has said she was not speeding. The driver of the Lexus, 69-year-old Kim Howe, died at the scene.
Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce, recently underwent a sex change – and admitted in the interview that she’d feared if she was prosecuted she could end up in a male prison. Jenner said, laughing. “That is the worst case scenario”.
“The media wants that picture, don’t they”, Jenner told the presenter.
Not revealing which one she was referring to, she blasted: “When I see him, honestly, I’m going to get in his face”. The petition typically takes about eight months to a year to process given the backlog.
