District attorney gets police file on Bobbi Kristina Brown

Brown, 22, was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta area home January 31. She has never regained consciousness.

The princess of Brown and Houston family was said to have been abused by her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Bedilia Hargrove, a court-appointed conservator for Brown, sued Gordon in Fulton County Superior Court and is seeking at least $10 million in damages.

Members of the Brown family have alleged that Gordon is directly implicated in Bobbi Kristina’s circumstance. “No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured”, said Bedelia C. Hargrove.

The lawsuit claims Bobbi Kristina had told a confidant that Gordon was “not the man she thought he was” and that she had set up a time on January 31 to meet with them. It also alleges that Gordon has stolen up to $11,000 from her bank account since she has been hospitalized.

According to People magazine, Nick wrote on Twitter yesterday: “We keep praying, she has fought this hard this long don’t give up hope”. The papers also accuses Gordon of physically attacking Brown on multiple occasions before the January 31 incident.

The complaint also accused Gordon of misrepresenting the nature of his relationship with Brown, being violent toward her and arguing with her before she was found face down in a bathtub at her suburban Atlanta townhome.

The DA’s office added: “This is in reference to the investigation by the Roswell Police Department… and isn’t associated with the filing of the civil lawsuit”. They thank everyone for all the support and prayers for Bobbi Kristina. She is in God’s hands now. A coroner ruled her death an accidental drowning, with heart disease and cocaine use listed as contributing factors.

The discovery of Bobbi Kristina in that bathtub came almost three years after her mother, Whitney Houston, was discovered dead in a bath.

In a strongly worded statement Bobby Brown indicated that he doesn’t believe his daughter has been left in a coma as a result of an accident. Her parents divorced when she was 14.
