Doctor odd Rumor: Rachel McAdams Role Revealed

It was earlier speculated that Rachel McAdams might play Clea, the love interest of Doctor specific.

When Rachel McAdams was cast in a major female role in Doctor unique, most everyone assumed that role was either Clea or Night Nurse. This has been the rumor and speculation about the coming movie. Although he didn’t reveal the actress’ actual role in the movie, he did say that her character will be the audience’s eyes “to a certain extent”.

Doctor Strange’s relationship with Night Nurse was introduced in Doctor unique : The Oath, a critically acclaimed limited series from writer Brian K. Vaughan and artist Marcos Martin. However, that would not be the case, it seems.

Things are starting to fall into place as far as the characters in Marvel’s “Doctor Strange” film is concerned.

The character of Linda Carter was originally thought to be Rosario Dawson’s character from Netflix’s Daredevil which is also set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It might be that McAdams would still play Linda Carter.

Marvel initially wanted to get Joaquin Phoenix to play the lead role, but when negotiations panned out, they got “Sherlock” star Benedict Cumberbatch instead. Now let’s see if Night Nurse is a nurse or a doctor, like in the comics.

Marvel execs explained that Dawson can’t be the Night Nurse because “the feature side had plans for her down the road”, and this is where McAdams comes in. “Palmer’s background involved being a surgical assistant, which would make a good counter-point to Dr. Stephen Strange’s surgeon”. “And we just used another name, so it’s the same character”.

“Sinister” director Scott Derrickson is all geared up to helm the film with a screenplay by Jon Spaiths, and they are going start filming in London pretty soon. Swinton plays the Ancient One, who teaches specific the ways of magic. It is due to begin shooting in November in the UK, but some parts of the movie will also be filmed in New York City.
