Donald Trump Alleges Hillary Clinton Made up ISIS Video Claim
At Saturday night’s Democratic debate, Hillary Clinton ripped into Donald Trump’s recent comments about banning Muslim immigration, saying that the Republican frontrunner was “becoming ISIS’s best recruiter”. During Saturday’s Democratic primary debate, Clinton called Trump ISIS’s best recruitment tool and insisted the bloodthirsty jihadists were already using videos clips of Trump insulting Islam to entice more would-be jihadists, which fact-checkers have been unable to prove.
“I fear that Donald Trump is doing a great disservice to our country, internationally, fanning hatred at the United States”, Sanders said on CBS, adding that Trump is a “pathological liar” for repeating claims that thousands of Muslims celebrated in New Jersey right after 9/11.
“She’s a liar!” Trump told more than 6,000 people at a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Clinton’s campaign also sent Business Insider a tweet from an alleged ISIS sympathizer’s account that commented on Trump’s refusal to rule out the potential creation of registry for Muslim-Americans.
Meanwhile Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said even if Trump would become president, his Muslim ban wouldn’t make it pass congress. The answer is that all of the Mexicans, they’re criminals and rapists, we’ve got to hate the Mexicans.
“Ask Lindsey Graham, did he enjoy running against Trump?” he said of the SC senator who on Monday announced his departure from the race.
Clinton responded, “I very much appreciate that comment, Bernie”.
She said the USA should be “making sure that Muslims American don’t feel left out and marginalised at the very moment when we need their help”.
Sanders said he had lost an election in Vermont for a gun-control stance and Clinton said she had backed gun-control measures.
“They should turn them in”, Trump said to George Stephanopoulos when talking about the two ISIS terrorist’s neighbors. “But he is being used in social media by ISIS as propaganda”. “So guns have to be looked at as its own problem, but we also have to figure out how we’re going to deal with the radicalization here in the United States”.
Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders said in a television interview that the Democratic National Committee deliberately scheduled debates at times when viewership would be low in an effort to “protect” the party’s front-runner, Hillary Clinton. “They love him from the sense that he is supporting their rhetoric”, she told NBC News earlier this month. “Obviously we are not going to do that”.
