Donald Trump: Mike Pence Did A Great Job, Thanks To Me

It was a contrast to last Monday’s presidential debate when Hillary Clinton emerged the victor in the polls, following Donald Trump’s under-prepared performance. [Trump] also said, ‘and many of them are good people.’ Sen.

Mexican-American syndicated cartoonist Lalo Alcaraz said the moment the words came out of Pence’s mouth “I knew it was going to be big”.

Finally, Seth Meyers said of the televised event, “The first and only Vice Presidential Debate of the 2016 election was held last night and the big victor was Netflix”. “For all of Trump’s anger, this guy plays it cool”.

CNN reports sources within the Trump camp saying he was “frustrated” with Governor Pence’s performance against Democrat Tim Kaine because he didn’t believe his vice presidential pick defended him enough. What Kaine hoped to do was force Pence to defend Donald Trump and his words, but each time the IN governor let the accusations roll off of his shaking head, or deflected the claims by focusing on the Obama administration and Clinton’s failures.

However, Democratic insiders are less convinced Pence would win: Only 25 percent think Pence would win their state. However strong Pence’s performance, Trump made clear he considers it a reflection of himself.
