Donald Trump post-debate Tweets filled with misspellings, Merriam-Webster responds
They hope that Cruz will rack up delegates and that the unlikelihood of Rubio winning any states that night will reinforce Cruz’s argument that he is the only candidate left who can beat Trump.
A newly pugnacious Marco Rubio doubled down in attacking Donald Trump on Friday, calling the brash billionaire a “con artist” as he tried to derail the Republican frontrunner’s presidential aspirations.
But as he has so many times during the campaign, Trump found a way to turn the attention back onto himself just hours later with the Christie endorsement.
Jeff Flake said this week “there’s a feeling of dread right now on Capitol Hill” because of Donald Trump.
On NBC’s “Today” show, Rubio repeatedly called Trump a “con artist”, saying, “He has spent a career sticking it to working Americans”.
“Once a choker, always a choker”, Trump declared at a news conference Friday in Fort Worth, where he received Christie’s endorsement.
“I kept dismissing it and dismissing it”, Arizona’s junior USA senator told New Times, referring to the possibility that Trump can take the Republican nomination for president.
Only 5 percent of Florida voters indicate they still remain undecided and roughly one in three say there is any chance they will favor new candidates prior to polls opening on March 15.
Mr. Rubio said in one tense exchange. And to avoid the “grave mistake” of making Trump the nominee, Cruz said, conservatives must unite behind his campaign.

“He refuses to answer questions in any specific public policy”, Rubio said.
Rubio also mocked Trump for misspelling “lightweight” and “honor” in other post-debate tweets.
So far, after four primary and caucus contests, Mr Trump has 82 delegates, Texas senator Ted Cruz has 17 and Florida senator Marco Rubio has 16. “Maybe to make sure his trousers weren’t wet”, Rubio said. Rubio, who was actually begging people to Google Trump’s past hiring of Polish immigrants, didn’t stop there. “I see him repeat himself every night”.
“I’m the only one on the stage that’s hired people”.
