Donald Trump repeats crude Ted Cruz insult shouted at rally, feigns outrage

It’s estimated that more than $100 million was spent by the candidates on ads there alone.
But a debate performance on Saturday night that was widely mocked by Republicans and Democrats, as well as legions on social media, might have changed the equation for the United States senator from Florida, although he is still showing strength in polls. Mr Christie and Mr Bush both piled on Mr Rubio, claiming he had not been tested the way governors had.
The Clinton campaign said the support of black and Hispanic voters would be key to victory.
Over the weekend, a pair of prominent Clinton supporters criticized female voters who support Sanders despite the prospect of electing the first female president.
“You’re number one to us, Marco!” one supporter yelled.
