Drake Bell gets jail time for DUI
Drake Bell was arrested for a DUI in Glendale, California, in December 2015.
After receiving his second DUI conviction, Drake Bell, 30, struck a plea bargain and got just 96 hours of time in Los Angeles County Jail.
Drake was arrested in December after he was spotted going 55 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone and he failed a field sobriety test. Drake was stopped by Glendale officers after he was spotted driving down the center of the road while speeding and making a hard stop at a red light.
Bell was arrested and later released with a citation after posting $20,000 in bail.

Bell was charged with his first DUI in 2010 after he was arrested in San Diego.
Bell is due to perform on the High School Nation tour, a music and arts festival that visits public high schools all across the USA, which starts on 26 September (16) in Texas. According to E! Online, he has been scheduled to “headline the 2016 High School Nation tour set to kickoff September 26”.
It is unknown if Bell’s reported jail time will affect his tour commitments.
The Santa Ana native starred in the Nick series “Drake and Josh” from 2004 to 2007.
The Glendale police said they wouldn’t be able to respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment until after Labor Day.
