President Obama recently sat down with YouTube personalities Destin Sanlin, SWooZie and Ingrid Nilsen for a conversation dubbed “The YouTube Interview”.

A question was asked about what would happen if a rap beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake started.

“I’m just saying. I think Drake is an outstanding entertainer but Kendrick, his last album was outstanding, he added”.

With nominations for Song of the Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, Best Rap Song and Best Rap Album, Kendrick Lamar may be in for a night similar to Lauryn Hill. And unfortunately for the Toronto rapper, Obama said he’s all about K.Dot (does this change your plans, Drizzy?). His last album [To Pimp A Butterfly] was outstanding.

“Gotta go with Kendrick”, he simply said. The President also invited Kendrick to The White House earlier this month to hang out in The Oval Office.

Washington D.C., January 16: President Barack Obama seems to be really impressed by hip-hop artist Kendrick Lamar and he proved this by choosing Lamar over rapper Drake.

The president said that if he had the chance to be any character from the sci-fi franchise, he would be Han Solo because “he’s a little bit of a rebel”.
